If there's ever a Code Vein 2, trust that will be a day 1 purchase. I don't regret any of the 60+ hours I spent with it and I'm even working on a LVL1 Challenge Run because I enjoyed it that much and because learning the game makes that feel surprisingly doable. If you're on the fence, pick it up, on sale or not.
I'm not a "beat my head against the wall" hard game fanatic, but CV had just the right amount of everything I wanted from a game like this without feeling unbeatable or too easy.
